The NeoLifting Facial
A thorough, meticulous facial that is as close to a facelift as it’s possible to get without toxins or an invasive procedure.
NeoLifting© is a facial therapy that uses face sculpting & modelling techniques, buccal (intraoral) massage and manual lymphatic drainage techniques to address age-related facial changes. By toning, strengthening and relaxing the main facial muscles, as well as affecting selected bones of the skull by impacting on the points of muscle attachments to the bone, as well as bone sutures in certain parts of the face, the muscular framework is strengthened so that a natural lifting effect is achieved.
Buccal Massage
The NeoLifting facial is perfectly complemented by buccal massage which is why it is available as an optional, free add-on. Popularised by celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez and Meghan Markle, this intraoral technique was adapted from osteopathy and is now widely accepted as a safe and effective cosmetic technique helpful not only in rejuvenating the tissues of the lower and mid face but also in the treatment of a number of tension related aches and pains such as headaches, migraines, and jaw tension caused by teeth clenching and grinding. It can also help to relieve tension caused by orthodontic/invisalign treatment. Although to the uninitiated this may seem an unusual technique, it is actually a pleasant and relaxing experience. If you should like to add this to your NeoLifting treatment please mention it before your appointment and it will be added free of charge.
Treatment Frequency
NeoLifting is not a quick fix treatment. Although, visible results can be achieved right from the first session, a systematic approach is recommended in order to create a long-lasting effect. Just like you cannot expect to have Arnold Schwarzenegger's body by only visiting your gym once, you should not have exaggerated expectations from having a NeoLifting treatment once.
The goal is to get the timing right between the sessions - just as the effect from the first treatment begins to wear off, you'll need to repeat the treatment. However, if you are unable to commit to the recommended schedule, try to begin with an intensive treatment plan of one session per week for several weeks and then switch to a manageable maintenance plan.
Due to its holistic approach and time required for the body to integrate the changes, NeoLifting gives the best results if you will utilise the following guidelines.
Age group 25-35 years old
An initial intensive treatment plan of 6-8 sessions (once weekly is ideal) is recommended. Then maintenance treatments once every fortnight. For better results, repeat the intensive plan twice a year. Develop a suitable skin health routine and stick to it. Modify with seasonal changes if appropriate.
Age group 35 - 45 years old
An initial intensive treatment plan of 8-10 sessions (twice weekly is ideal). Then maintenance treatments once a week. For better results, repeat the intensive plan twice a year. Establishing a good skin health routine is vital. Modify with seasonal changes if appropriate. Monitor your hormones and do regular check ups. Developing good daily practices to support your health and wellbeing at this stage is foundational for better ageing.
Age group 45 - 60 years old
An initial intensive treatment plan for 8-10 sessions (twice weekly is ideal) is recommended. Then maintenance treatments once a week combined with a customised, daily at-home routine combined with skin care products suitable for your skin type. Adjust your skin care products as seasons change. Monitor your hormones and do regular blood tests and check ups. For better results, repeat the intensive plan twice a year. You can also do shorter express courses, like 3-5 sessions every other day to prepare for special occasions.
Age group 60+ years
As the metabolism slows down and age-related changes intensify, an initial course of 8-10 sessions (once every 3-5 days) with close observations of the body's response, allowing enough time for the body to absorb the changes and integrate them. Weekly maintenance treatments are recommended for visible results alongside established daily practices for your face and body.
It's important to remember that everything in the body is interconnected, so it's impossible to have a youthful face with an aged, neglected body and vice versa - having a flexible, healthy body will inevitably lead to a better looking you. Choosing NeoLifting as part of your healthcare routine will reward you in the long run. A balanced diet, daily exercises, food supplements, skin-type appropriate cosmetics, healthy sleeping patterns, monitoring your hormone levels, regular blood tests, doctor's check ups combined with mindfulness, meditation and emotional intelligence is the solid foundation for living an active and enjoyable life.
