Please review the Studio 7 booking policy below to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Studio Accessibility

  • Location: studio is located on the 1st floor and can only be accessed by stairs. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask you to consider this when booking your appointment.

Deposits

  • Securing Your Appointment: A deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to book an appointment at Studio 7.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-Shows: Deposits are forfeited in the case of no-shows.

  • Rescheduling: If you reschedule with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit can be applied to a new appointment date, based on availability.

Late Arrivals

  • Timing: Arrive on time to receive the full scheduled service. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, and loss of deposit.

Subscription Services

  • Commitment: Subscription services are available at a set price per month with a minimum commitment of three months. After the initial three months, you may cancel at any time by canceling online or notifying us.

  • Cancellation of Subscription: To cancel, please inform us at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

Package Deals

  • Discounted Rates: We offer packages of treatments at discounted rates. For example, purchasing a package of 10 treatments allows for a reduced rate per treatment compared to buying individual sessions.

  • Cancellation of Packages: If you need to cancel a package after partially completing it, any refund provided will be adjusted. The used treatments will be charged at the regular price per session (not the discounted package rate), and the difference will be refunded.

Gift Vouchers

  • Validity: Gift vouchers purchased from Studio 7 are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please ensure you use your voucher within this timeframe, as expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Clients Under the Age of 16

  • Adult Supervision: Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their visit.

  • Consent Form: A signed consent form from a parent or guardian is required for all treatments provided to clients under the age of 16.

Health and Safety

  • Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies when booking your appointment.

Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: We prioritise your privacy and comply with data protection regulations to secure your personal information.

Modifications to Services

  • Adjustments: We may modify, discontinue, or adjust prices of services without prior notice to maintain quality and service standards. Any changes will be communicated at the time of booking.
