Buccal (intraoral) massage
Buccal massage is an intraoral technique that was adapted from osteopathy and is now widely accepted as a safe and effective cosmetic treatment.
Helpful not only in rejuvenating the tissues of the lower and mid face but also in the treatment of a number of tension related aches and pains such as headaches, migraines, and jaw tension caused by teeth clenching and grinding. It can also help to relieve tension caused by orthodontic/invisalign treatment.
The technique involves gently and rhythmically massaging the muscles of the mid and lower face from both inside and outside the mouth (with gloved hands).
Buccal massage is available as a 15 minute add-on treatment to any facial.
